Automotive Industries S.à.r.l. on the sale of a majority stake in AAA Auto Group, the largest used car dealer in Central and Eastern Europe to Abris Capital Partners. the sellers of the leading Slovak terrestrial and satellite television provider and radio broadcasting services operator Towercom, a.s. on its sale to Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4 (MEIF4). Vršanská uhelná, a.s. on the 5-year tolling arrangement with ČEZ a.s. on the basis of which Vrsanska uhelna, a.s. as the tolling user will supply lignite to ČEZ as the tolling provider. Deutsche Telecom in connection with the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake of Slovak Telekom, a.s. from the National Property Fund of the Slovak Republic.
