OUR SPECIALISATION: New Technologies and Media We have developed expertise in addressing online business issues, including international copyright protection. We help our clients set and bring their standard service and/or data protection terms and conditions into compliance with GDPR and other data protection legislation. We focus on blockchain and ICO models and related financial and regulatory issues. In ICT law, we address the issues of: ICT system implementation, support and related litigation; software protection and licencing; development and transfer of technologies; artificial intelligence and its application; guaranteed standards of ICT service levels (including SLA) and related outsourcing and cloud computing services (including XaaS). In telecommunications law, we focus on regulatory issues (in particular but not limited to: operation of electronic communication networks, wireless links, e-communication services, and TV and radio services). In media law, we address the issues of copyright protection, regulation of advertising, and electronic media in general (TV, radio, internet), including related privacy issues.
