The search for such a solution assumes creativity and innovative ideas. Our work does not lie in the schematic application and adaptation of document templates and sample opinions. We avoid stereotypes and blind repetition of what has been previously implemented. We subject every situation to a thorough legal analysis, present clients with tailor-made solutions, including their advantages and disadvantages, and recommend the most suitable course of action. We try to avoid vagueness in our conclusions at all costs. We are not afraid to clearly define what we believe is the correct solution and stand behind it. We do not hide behind empty words.

We must communicate it to the client on time and in a way the client will easily understand and transform into practice.
culture: We are not a factory for law. We do not have international headquarters that give orders or must approve every decision. We create our own way of approaching work and people. Our corporate culture is based primarily on responsiveness, willingness and a true drive for work. We treat our clients’ problems as our own. acquisition: We only attract new clients in an ethical manner and foster our market position by honest marketing methods (scholarly articles, interviews, lectures, conferences). We do not aggressively hunt for new clients and do not work for clients who have a bad reputation. Fee billing: Unlike most of our competitors, we do not reward our lawyers based on the number of billed hours or new clients acquired. Remuneration by hours billed encourages lawyers to pursue their own objectives rather than provide the client with cost-effective services and reporting time worked fairly. We stress not only producing the highest quality work, but producing it as efficiently as possible.
