Advising on the €142.3 million sale to Orbis of 46 Accor hotels in 16 countries: Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Moldova via a share deal. Expobank: Advising on the acquisition of LBBW Bank CZ in the Czech Republic including all related regulatory matters (i.e., proceedings led by the Czech National Bank) from German Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW). Dentons Prague lawyers cooperated with lawyers from Dentons Moscow and Berlin offices on this deal. NAY: Advising the largest Slovak consumer electronics retailer on the acquisition of Datart’s consumer electronics retail operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia including a chain of around 30 shops and an online shop in the Czech and Slovak Republics from Darty Group in an auction sale. NAY: Advising the largest Slovak consumer electronics retailer on the acquisition of Electro World’s consumer electronics retail operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia including a chain of 26 shops and an online shop in the Czech and Slovak Republic’s deal from Dixons Retail via a share deal.
