The law office Mališ Nevrkla Legal operates on the Czech market since 2003, when established by Daniel Mališ under the firm name Daniel Mališ & Partners. Six years later the close cooperation of Daniel Mališ with Luboš Nevrkla resulted into incorporation of the limited liability company Mališ Nevrkla Legal, advokátní kancelář, s. r. o. In 2016, Jakub Celerýn and Jan Pořízek became its partners. Our priority is providing high quality legal services with significant added value for both Czech and international clientele. We manage to achieve these goals, being the alpha and omega of our work for clients, especially thanks to a comprehensive and strategic approach to resolving legal cases, a high standard of legal analysis, extensive international experience, as well as thanks to a harmonized team of qualified and experienced lawyers. As a matter of course, legal servcies are provided both in Czech and English at an equivalent level.

OUR TEAM Our team consists of high-quality, qualified lawyers with extensive knowledge and experience gleaned inter alia from international and large Czech law firms and studies abroad. Luboš Nevrkla, J.D. Ph.D., one of the founding partners, is a graduate of Charles University’s School of Law (1996). He successfully passed the Czech Bar Exam in 1999 and completed his postgraduate studies in 2002 by being awarded a Ph.D. degree. He also worked in the former Prague branch of the
