Mgr. Petr Fučík Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 1996. He then worked at the PPF Group. He became PFL 2001. He specializes in commercial law, civil law, in particular in real estate law, corporate law, unfair competition and contracts. Language skills: Czech and English.
MUDr. Mgr. Ivan Langer Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Palacký University in Olomouc in 1993 and from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1998. He was a deputy of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the CR during 1996 – 2010, a member of the Defense and Security Board and a member of the Oversight Commission for the Security Information Service. He was a vice-chairman of the Chamber of Deputies during 1998 - 2006. As the chairman of the Standing Media Commission, he focused on media law and as a member of the Constitution Amendment Commission on constitutional law. He was the Minister of the Interior during 2006 – 2009 (and also the Minister of Informatics in 2006 – 2007). When holding the office of Minister of the Interior, he implemented major projects on homeland security, public administration and e-government: the Reform of the Police of the CR, eGON - a comprehensive public administration electronization project (Czech Point, ISDS – data box information system, ZRVS public administration – basic registers), TV broadcasting digitalization, the foundation of the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes, the CR’s accession to the Schengen Area, the cancellation of visa for trips to the USA, etc.
