Stanislav Dvořák graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague where he later pursued postgraduate studies (PhD.). He also studied at the Thames Valley University in London and at Hamburg University in Germany (LL.M.). Stanislav frequently lectures, e.g. for the Union of Legal Counsels, and contributes to professional legal publications. His book, entitled “Merger Control”, was published in 2002. Mag. Bernhard Hager, LL.M. Partner | Prague | Bratislava Bernhard Hager is a founding partner of the law firm Dvořák Hager & Partners (previously NH HAGER NIEDERHUBER). Bernhard Hager is an Austrian attorney who is authorized to practice both in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. In his practice Bernhard Hager concentrates primarily on the advisory to the German speaking clients by the corporate, energy and infrastructure projects and in the area of construction law. Bernhard Hager graduated from the Faculty of Law at Vienna University and, subsequently, prior entering the attorney practice in 2000, lectured at the Kaunas University/Lithuania. Furthermore in 2002, Bernhard Hager obtained a postgraduate degree in competition and financial law at the University of London (LL.M.). In addition to his legal practice he also frequently publishes and lectures on various legal topics. Veronika Odrobinová graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and attended also an annual study program dedicated to EU law at the Faculty of Social Sciences of University in Toulouse. She is an active member of Labour Code & Social Affairs Committee of American Chamber of Commerce, Vice-Chairman of Czech Employment Lawyers Association, member of European Employment Lawyers Association, a member of Expert Advisory Board of Association for Development of Collective Bargaining and Labor Relations.
