Annamária has participated in a number of transactions, advising major multinational as well as Slovak corporations. Annamária graduated from the Faculty of Law, Vienna University, Commerce Science, Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Commerce, University of Economics Bratislava. Before joining Dvořák Hager & Partners in 2007, Stanislav worked for Haarmann Hemmelrath law offices until 2002 and later as an attorney at law with Weinhold Legal, where he was responsible primarily for advisory to German speaking clients. Stanislav has broad professional experience in advising on corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, competition and real estate, including the area of renewable energy. Stanislav is active member of the Czech Competition Law Society. Stanislav Servus graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague and obtained postgraduate degree at the Regensburg University (LL.M.). Stanislav Servus frequently lectures, e.g. for the Union of Legal Counsels, and contributes to a number of publications. Apart from Czech, he is fluent in English and German.
Lukáš Zahrádka is an attorney-at-law specializing mainly on M A, corporate law, & banking and finance and real estate. Lukáš joined Dvořák Hager & Partners in 2014. Before that he worked more than eleven years at Weinhold Legal where he advised a wide range of Czech and international corporate clients. Lukáš Zahrádka graduated from the law faculty of Charles University in Prague. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association. In addition to his legal practice, Lukáš Zahrádka is also active in publishing and lecturing – he lectures, inter alia, at the University of Jan Amos Komenský in Prague within the, MBA programme.
